COMMUNICATION
We keep you informed — and one step ahead. We document baseline conditions, track maintenance history, and recommend preventative tasks to reduce costly repairs. Every visit is time‑stamped and includes completed tasks and recommended actions. We send prioritized alerts for urgent matters (weather, security, utility failures) and can arrange immediate vendor response when needed. Reach us by phone for emergencies or by message for routine requests; our management team follows up until every issue is resolved.
VENDORS
We partner with a curated network of vetted local service providers across housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, septic, and more. We source and recommend options tailored to your property, budget, and timeline. If you already have vendors, we’ll happily work with your preferred providers. For specialty projects, we research and obtain bids, and—after selection—we coordinate scheduling, supervise as needed, document work with photos, and handle follow‑up until completion.
